Düsseldorf Greeter are a volunteer project and are member of the International Greeter Association.

Request a Greet

Greeters welcome guests in their city and take them on an individual tour - without any payment.
We love our city and accompany you through our city - completely free, as it is customary among friends. You will experience very personal and individual tours and you can learn about our everyday life.

What is a Greet?

In a "Greet" a local takes you on a walk through his/her city and shows it to you  from his very personal point of view. A "Greet" usually takes about two to three hours; we walk with individual travelers and small groups of up to 6 people. The walk is free nevertheless we are happy about a donation to support our idea.
